    Instructor: Jo Miller Want to start your day off with increased flexibility, strength and circulation? Then this is the class for you! Using a wide range of music and a combination of dance patterns, core work, weights and yoga, you will leave feeling energized!

  2. Slim & Sassy Body Shape

    Instructor: Patti Mason, A.C.E.,Yoga Fit Level 1 Do you want to be leaner, stronger and feel a little more sassy in your life? This class is for you! You will work with weights to achieve ultimate results including abs, glutes, quads, hams, chest, back, shoulders, all core muscles and of course your heart! You will also receive tips on how to lose those extra pounds and shape those problem areas. Each class will end with 20 minutes of yoga stretch and relax. You will leave feeling uplifted and empowered!

  3. Adult Paint Party

    July 30, 6:00 PM - 8:30 PM @ Arts & Crafts Room

    Instructor: Julene Brogan Are you ready for a night of fun? This beginners Art Class will introduce participants to a variety of painting techniques. With step by step guided instruction your friends will be calling you Van Gogh in no time! All supplies are included.

    Instructor: Patti Mason, A.C.E.,Yoga Fit Level 1 Look better! Feel better! Love your life! This class provides a complete workout, inside and out, resulting in greater happiness and quality of life. Workouts include: aerobics, strength/resistance training, yoga, stretching/flexibility, life coaching and pilates.
