General Information
Claybell Park is a 50 acre Community Park located at the intersection of Broadmoor St and Bellerive Dr. in south Richland. The park includes 23 acres of natural open space and is adjacent to the Amon Preserve.

An additional 38 acres of undeveloped land was acquired in 2008.
